You can look to the development build repository
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:nodejs/nodejs16 instead
of the s390x port for the overview of all architectures. Only s390x and armv7
are failing. The rest has got succeeded builds.

We can wait one or two additional days for the new Submit Request, whether we
will receive a more s390x specific error message.
I have created this bug report directly this weekend because that it is keeping
in an endless loop (and only for this architecture).
