There is no difference in NFS related config options between SLE15-SP2 and
openSUSE-15.2 (and the source code is the same) so SLE15-SP2 and SLE15-SP3
are almost certainly also affected.

In particular, the offending patch is present in

  rpm-5.3.18-18.72--sle15-sp2-updates
  rpm-5.3.18-38.28--sle15-sp3-updates

These are in fact SLE15-SP2-AZURE and SLE15-SP3-AZURE but SLE15-SP2 and
SLE15-SP3 November update submissions (commits f07ed1b5dc6d and ebb75ee83c74,
respectively) are also affected.
