Nvidia, yeah, that's always a problem. And, for this kind of kernel crash, we have to verify whether it's reproducible without Nvidia, too. Nvidia can be, from obvious reason, a source of unknown crashes, too. So, if you can test things without Nvidia, just grab kernel-default.rpm from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard/x86_64/ and install it via zypper. If your machine is with Secure Boot, turn it off in BIOS.
