Some news after new tests.
I've reinstalled all Mesa + xorg + nvidia related package in force mode on my
TW (now at 202102019 version)

Still locking down the computer, forcing a hard reset.
After I rebooted to 5.10.14 I now have also rip message but the computer is
usable snd_hda_intel is loaded but no device appear on pulseaudio for example.
I've dig a bit around internet and found that I could use specific option to
load snd-hda-intel for my hardware
I've tried on running computer by rmmod snd-hda-intel (which works without
futher crash) and reload it

And all devices appear in pulseaudio.
I've recreated with those options my 2 initrd and next reboot I will retry once
more 5.10.16.
I still don't understood why I should now force those parameters
