Hmm, was it loaded? It should not. This is an optimus system, I use bumblebee. So it should load the driver on boot, disable the card, and unload again until I use optirun to make use of it, which isn't very often after all. So it really should have been on the internal graphics (HD530/Skylake).... woodstock:~ # optirun --status Bumblebee status: Ready (3.2.1). X inactive. Discrete video card is off.
