no, i'm running a few Leap 15.2 systems in the meantime and i haven't seen the
problem there. 
But also on Leap 15.1 (recent kernel 4.12.14-lp151.28.63-default) the problem
hasn't happened again.
My suspicion was that it is depending or triggered from the btrfs maintenance
tasks. At first i have disabled these tasks. But since a few weeks i've enabled
scrub (monthly), defrag (monthly) and balance (every 2 weeks) again, but i have
changed the btrfs maintenance timers, that the btrfs tasks won't be started in
parallel (especially for balance and scrub). This is not documented, but you
can configure systemd calender expressions in the
/etc/sysconfig/btrfsmaintenance (e.g. BTRFS_BALANCE_PERIOD="Mon-Sun *-*-1/14
14:00:00").
