Hello Daniel, maybe i have a different understanding of the term "regression".
The specific NVMe SSD worked with over ~800MB/s on OpenSUSE Leap 15.2 and now
on Leap 15.3 with ~100MB/s. I'd say it's clearly a regression, since the SSD
turned slow using the Leap 15.3's default kernel, as stated by @duge in comment
#1.

Isn't that a regression?
