Could you test the kernel in OBS home:tiwai:bsc1209254 repo?  (only
kernel-default, i.e. no nvidia.)

It's a kernel with the revert of all e1000e changes between 6.1 and 6.2.  Let's
check it after.
If this kernel is confirmed to work, we can go further for bisecting those
commits.  OTOH, if this doesn't work, it implies that the problem lies
somewhere else.
