Comment # 1 on bug 1183598 from Takashi Iwai

The fix has been already merged in SLE15-SP2, but not propagated to
SLE15-SP3-UPDATE.

And I'm afraid that we'll need cherry-picks to SLE15-SP3 branch since SLE15-SP3
merged once the half-baked SLE15-SP3-UPDATE branch unexpectedly but stops
merging SLE15-SP2 branch since then.  So the fix won't appear in SLE15-SP3 GA
as default.

Stefan, could you raise the priority so that I can cherry-pick the fixes?
