The device is HID and the descriptors look normal. We need to rule out an issue
with usbhid before we look at the scheduling on the bus.

Please do

1. put a test load on the ethernet
2. provide the output of "dmesg -c" after the mouse (receiver) has been
unplugged
3. do "echo 'module usbhid +mfp' >/sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug/control"
4. replug the mouse (receiver)
5. provide the output of "dmesg -c"
