The KVM on Power10 is probably best bet long term because it shares a lot of
infrastructure with PowerVM which is the supported and tested virtualization.
At this point it's quite new and there is no experience with it so far so there
may be some issues as well.

The KVM on POWER8 and POWER9 is used a lot but often requires some workaround
because of a bug that was introduced upstream and not yet tracked down - this
is not something that SLE supports, and any fixes are best-effort.

The KVM on this particular hardware seems to be especially broken, this issue
is AFAIK not observed on other machines, even POWER8.
