Kernel-firmware spec file does not define _binary_payload; it therefore ends up with "zstd" being used as the PAYLOADCOMPRESSOR. This makes it impossible to install the kernel-firmware packages from the Kernel:stable repo in OBS on openSUSE_Leap_15.1. Can this be fixed like it has been for all other kernel related packages (see boo#1175882)? Currently an attempt to install such a package on 15.1 fails because nothing provides: rpmlib(PayloadIsZstd) <= 5.4.18-1
