This is inconsistent. In kernel log it's HDMI-A-1 (there is no HDMI-A-0), but in X log it's vice versa. Anyway, you could try to workaround the issue with kernel command line option video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60e or if this doesn't work this video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60e but well, you already gave up ...
