Comment # 3 on bug 1173728 from Srinidhi B S

I had stopped using my Dell WD15 docking station because reinstalling openSUSE
Leap 15.1 was going to be too much work! 

I would like to share some more information:

1. The upowerd messages mentioned in comment#0 continue to be printed even
after disconnecting the docking station.
2. "udevadm monitor -u" continuously prints events of "change" events for USB
devices.
3. If I kill all of the systemd-udevd processes, then the issue seems to be
gone. But as soon as I connect the docking station again, all of the problems
mentioned in this bug show up!

I'll attaching output of udevadm monitor -u and other commands to this bug.
