[PATCH v2] floppy: reintroduce O_NDELAY fix

Thanks for spotting the UDRS->flags -> &drive_state[drive].flags conversion
that happened upstream. The patch needs to be adapted accordingly.
The attached variant is against upstream. 15.2. would need to be adjusted to
still use UDRS->flags.
