## Observation

Error: netavark: unable to append rule '-j MARK --set-xmark 0x2000/0x2000' to
table 'nat': code: 2, msg: Warning: Extension MARK revision 0 not supported,
missing kernel module?
ip6tables v1.8.10 (legacy): unknown option "--set-xmark"
Try `ip6tables -h' or 'ip6tables --help' for more information

The 'missing kernel module', and the fact that we updated the kernel to 6.11.4
in this snapshot (and I did not see anything podman/netavark related) triggered
me to file this bug against Kernel component
