8723DE isn't supported on 5.3 kernel, so sorry, it's not officially supported
on Leap 15.2 kernel.  In theory, you can build a SecureBoot-manageable KMP, but
it's a bit tricky.  Better to avoid Secure Boot mode if you can.

I'm going to backport the rtw88 patches for Leap 15.3 kernel, so it'll be
supported natively there.
