Now I see that was your another report (bug 1205365). This might be the same problem, and all symptoms and logs imply some memory corruption. Could you check whether the problem happens with 6.1-rc kernel in OBS Kernel:HEAD repo, too? 6.0.x will be finished in two weeks, and we'll switch to 6.1 in anyway sooner or later.
