As a workaround, you can simply copy the old radeon module file from
5.3.18-59.40 to *-43, e.g.
  # mkdir /lib/modules/5.3.18-*.43-default/updates
  # cp
/lib/modules/5.3.18-*.40-default/kernel/drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/radeon.ko*
/lib/modules/5.3.18-*.43-default/updates/
  # depmod 5.3.18-150300.59.43-default
  # mkinitrd

Alternatively, you can copy radeon module from the working OBS Kernel:SLE15-SP3
kernel, too.
