When KSysGuard is open nothing in the background can be clicked. Once you close KSysGuard this message comes up:

This should be fixed already (since yesterday to be precise). But if you are using Tumbleweed, it will take a while until you get the fixed package. (if you use KDE:Frameworks5, just update your system... ;-) )

As a temporary workaround, you can remove the line "X-DBUS-StartupType=Multi" from /usr/share/applications/org.kde.ksysguard.desktop.
