I tried to upgrade via apt to the new amarok package in Pascal Bleser's repository, but apt refuses to install it. I then tried to compile the source RPM, but I get a dependency error---glx is needed. "apt search glx" lists packages containing/providing glx, and I have all the relevant xorg packages installed. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.
Find the same problem. You can install with --nodeps, should work. If you dislike this ugly hack, fetch the src.rpm, install it with -Uvh, edit the spec file and rebuild. That's what I did. Best, Daniel Am Freitag, 25. Februar 2005 15:42 schrieb sargon:
