[opensuse-kde] Bluedevil does not work
I just installed openSUSE 13.1 and when I want to configure bluetooth, bluedevil always says "Bluetooth is not completely enabled". Restarting the machine, unplugging and replugging the bluetooth dongle does not help. Restarting the system´s bluetooth service does not help either. It happens with original bluedevil version 1.3.2 and with version 2.0-rc1 from KDE extra repo. Any workaround available on that issue? You have to be more specific about what you have done to enable support for your bluetooth device. Did you inspect the log files on any error messages? Does the device need firmware and is that available on your system?

Problem solved! When I updated bluedevil to version 2.0rc1 from KDE Extra, libbluedevil2 was not updated automagically. I now updated libbluedevil2 to version 2.0rc1 so all versions match now and it works now fine! The error message is gone, bluedevil setup works now. I just wonder, why bluedevil version 2.0-rc1 and libbluedevil2 version 2.0-rc1 is not offered by standard openSUSE 13.1 update repo, but instead from KDE Extra.
