[opensuse-kde] building kdebase4: relocation R_X86_64_32S [...]
Hi, When I try to build kdebase from trunk with kdesvn-build in a x86-64 I get the the error: [ 25%] Linking CXX shared module ../../../lib/kcm_pci.so Generating nsplugins_class_interface.moc /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld: /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../lib64/libpci.a(access.o): relocation R_X86_64_32S against `a local symbol' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../lib64/libpci.a: could not read symbols: Bad value collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [lib/kcm_pci.so] Error 1 make[1]: *** [apps/kinfocenter/pci/CMakeFiles/kcm_pci.dir/all] Error 2 Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?
