is it possible to highlight & alphabetisze just a portion of the bookmarks in Kong browser? I have about 20 in a toolbar that I want to keep & alphabetisze the rest. BTW my changes seem to be kept thoough I don't 'save', just quit....there is only 'save as'. -- Gracia...Cooleemee, NC Registered Linux user #263390 - SuSE 10.1 Pro http://www.daviecountydemocrats.org/ When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross- Sinclair Lewis

No. One can only sort a directory, not a portion. To sort a portion is a bit clumsy: 1. Create a temporary directory with a unique name. 2. Select the items you want to sort 3. Move those selected items to the directory created in step 1 4. Sort that directory 5. Move the items from that directory to the desired potition 6. If desired, remove the directory created in step 1

Indeed. No worries then. ;-)

Uhm... to save the bookmarks under a different name...? ;-) Cheers, Leen
Yo Leen,
1. Create a temporary directory with a unique name.
So simple & so obvious, I'm ashamed that I asked ;^).Thank you -- Gracia...Cooleemee, NC Registered Linux user #263390 - SuSE 10.1 Pro http://www.daviecountydemocrats.org/ When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross- Sinclair Lewis
