He is using the :KDE3 repo as we advised the KDE3 users for 11.2, kdebase3- apps and -workspace aren't there yet and kdebase3 in :KDE3 is only a _link to openSUSE:Factory

Nevermind, I didn't check properly, it is in :KDE3 as well already, Stephan is right =)
