[opensuse-kde] apper config 12.3 and kde 4.10.1 - openSUSE KDE

      Hello,
i don't found in 12.3 the config Option for Apper, have any a Idea.
When I update to 4.10.1 from the KDE Repository  the system don't start is 
this repo broken?
