[opensuse-kde] Missing panel on non native resolution

HI guys, I've old monitor 1280x1024 but sometimes I need a 16:9 resolution (1280x720). The configuration module in systemsetting does no offer 16:9 resolution. Worth reporting upstream ? I can change the resolution with nvidia-settings but I've two panels: default on bottom and another on top. At 1280x720 the bottom panel is missing. There's a empty area where I can see the desktop background but it's not usable by application. Bug ? Do I need to report upstream ? Bottom panel is restored after switching back to 1280x1024 resolution...
