I've tried reinstalling all of the packages and everything and I can't find any output that would suggest an issue. Pulseaudio won't work now either so my sound is all messed up.
if kdm does not start at all,y ou should find information in /var/log/kdm.log or in /var/log/Xorg.0.log pulseaudio is probably another herd of an unrelated problem.
