Has anyone tried to use this? When I tried, it lasted for about 1 second before disappearing in to thin air. Has anyone else had the same experience or is it just my setup? Does anyone know of a fix?

Hi,
I suppect you are opening in icon mode. You will find the list mode is OK. What I have found is that in the settings of Konqueror under the "Previews" section if you disable the "File" entry in "Allow previews and Folder Icons Reflect Contents on protocols" the program does not crash.
You may have to log into KDE as root to change this setting because of the crashing. Control Centre -->KDE Components --> File Manager --> Previews
Please let me know if this solves the problem.

Thanks Graham It did work. I logged in as root and changed the setting. After logging back in as a normal user I ran the program and it worked. Just out of interest I changed it back to icon mode and it crashed immediately. I was able to run the program again by editing the konquerorrc for root and changing the viewmode to treeview. Thanks very much for your help. Eddie
