[opensuse-kde] No JPEG support in krita from KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Extra-Apps

Krita's JPEG support is currently missing in the koffice-krita package from the KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Extra-Apps repository because of a libexiv2 package version < 0.16. (Shall such issues be reported via bugzilla or are the these packages in such an early stage, that buzilla is not the proper way?)
