What happens if you run zypper install libxcb-dpms0 libxcb-record0 libxcb-cursor0 libQt5Core5 Do you get any unresolved dependencies ? These packages are in Tumbleweed and Factory. If you can install them like this, then there is something wrong with zypper (or its setup) that it doesn't pull in required dependencies.
