Not only am I trying to keep systems lean, but I'm also trying to keep them f= ree of Gnome clutter. They're all systems used with KDE mainly, a negligible = few with other DEs, but none with any more of Gnome than whatever parts of it= others are dependent on (thinking LXDE and/or XFCE here). Any time I'm given= a choice of ways to=20 fulfill a dependency when installing something new, my last choice is anythin= g starting with a "g", since more often than not anything so beginning has ro= ots in Gnome if not designed expressly or exclusively for Gnome. --=20 "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
