[opensuse-kde] show seconds in digital clock shows no seconds

In not one of my openSUSE Plasma5 installations do I ever get to see seconds in the digital clock in the taskbar/panel, even though I've selected show seconds in every case. Does this not bother anyone else? I have yet to encounter this problem in any Fedora installation. [opensuse-kde] Why was the application menu bar been removed from the applications style in plasma 5?

Hi all, What happened to the application menu bar that was found on Applications Style ->Fine Tuning tab? We used to be to have a behaviour similar to OS X. -- Cheers!
