I have some strange behavior in newly installed Leap42.1 with plasma5 and KDE3. After logging in to KDE3, write click on desktop brings in plasma5 menu. If I use personal settings->desktop->behavior and change something (like defining left button click as application menu) and "apply", I'm getting normal KDE3 menu upon clicks. But only till next reboot/re-login. Display manager is set to kde3 and windows manager to KDE (or twm, same behavior).
Not sure where to look at? It there some setting I've forgotten to change?
Based upon the integrated instructions, for KDE3 these things are not necessarily intuitive: # grep WM= /etc/sysconfig/windowmanager DEFAULT_WM="startkde" # grep DISPLAYMANAGER= /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager DISPLAYMANAGER="kdm3" -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
