A tray icon should appear which you can click to set up Network Manager.
You're right; I missed that. Both sub-applets, on a right-click to the icon, work. Says "Network Manager is not Running", which is right since I haven't used/enabled it in the past (simple cat6 to the router). OK, then. Fixed.
