Hello everyone, has anyone build a jdic package yet? I have been trying to package a few java programs, and all of them require jdic for better desktop intergration. So, i tried to build jdic to use it for the other packages, but i got stuck in the build process because it has a number of dependencies i don't know how to get them. Anybody could have a look at it? Hi, where's the package? Do you have an OBS project? Where? Some of the dependencies could be found by the scout. It has an index of openSUSE Java packages and a Jpackage1.7 repository. The installation (just a few zypper commands) is described on http://stick.gk2.sk/blog/?p=15 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/prusnak:/scout/openSUSE_11.0 scout zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/prusnak:/scout/data scout-data zypper in scout scout-java-suse110 scout-data-jpackage17 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- And usage is simple: scout java <name_of_class> repository | package | jar | class ------------+-----------------+--------------+------------------------- suse110 | foo | foo-1.7.42 | org.foo.commons.Class1 Please note, that scout is very experimental yet and the bugs are included for free :-))
