But there are good news: the new eclipse (called ganymede) can build a runnable jar file from eclipse run configuration . If you have some projects which run in the eclipse environment klick on file/export, choose runable jar and the current run configuration - and you get a runnable jar...
The idea is to take the source package and build it WITHIN the OBS, which brings some advantages.
