About treating spam - a) is there really any need to block the user? it's usually a one-time email address. b) where do I block the user? I see no such option on the user page. c) any significant difference between deleting and rejecting a ticket? -- Per Jessen, Zürich (15.1°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - your free DNS host, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: heroes+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: heroes+owner@opensuse.org

usually yes, but if you see the bounce mails (which are blocked spammers) you'll see there are plenty non-one-time addresses as well.

probably you need more perms, I'll check this. Meanwhile we can create a list of to-be-blocked accounts, so I can go through them and block them.

Sure, it will not show up in any ticket searches -- Theo Chatzimichos <tampakrap@opensuse.org> <tchatzimichos@suse.com> System Administrator SUSE Operations and Services Team
