Hi all,
I received this email from a person offering to contribute to openSUSE
infra. I said I would forward it to you all and remarked that they can
join your meetings if they are interested.

Hello.
Encouraged by site saying that i can contribute to opensuse (which i am
rather new to btw) i would like to ask how it could look like.
Before getting an actual answer, there are specs of my home lab.
Thinkpad x131e - dual core Celeron, 2GB of ram (but will expand), mainly
used as gateway to my lan (hold ssh and so on),
HP t610 - dual core AMD G-T56, 8GB of ram, used as Proxmox for few LXC
containers as well as KVM... vms ;)
Dell e5570, dual core i5-6200U with 8GB of ram, general purpose
workstation, mostly up.
Raspberry PI Zero - armv6, 512MB, debian based perl bridge to 433MHz RC
outlets
Supermicro server - Xeon 5660, 24G of ram, my main storage (6+TB) and
Postgres server
HP Z800- dual Xeon 5660, 24G of ram, currently powered off.
All these are networked with 1GbE/866Mb 802.11AC to RB4011GS Mikrotik
router and connected to interwebs via 500/30Mbps link.
If "contribution" means that it "offer" my processing power along with
net link to host build server, please consider me as interested in. Due
to nature of my homelab, my babies are being shut down only on prolonged
periods of my absence (like when on vacation or weekend trip, which
occurs rarely), and mostly idling.
I am aware of their power consumption while stressed and i am not afraid
of it:)
Please mail me back if my "offer" sounds reasonable.
Best regards, DKK
