Gang, I am trying to ssh from SuSE 10.0 to a VPN I have a route set up in the routing table but ssh says no route. See: steve@linux:~/Desktop> ssh ph@169.254.1.83 ssh: connect to host 169.254.1.83 port 22: No route to host steve@linux:~/Desktop> /sbin/route Kernel IP routing table Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface 169.254.1.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0 I know I am doing something dumb, but I can't see it this afternoon.
