Why would anyone install libgtop as it?

I see 3 use cases:

• requires - will require libgtop-2_0_7, which will drag in libgtop
• upgrades - are done by requires, see above. Perhaps add a Provides
• install -devel - see above

So I would rather drop that extra requires.

It sounds inconvenient if package called libgtop can be installed without libgtop library.

I can also change its name to libgtop-common or so.
