I see 3 use cases: - requires - will require libgtop-2_0_7, which will drag in libgtop - upgrades - are done by requires, see above. Perhaps add a Provides - install -devel - see above

So I would rather drop that extra requires.

It sounds inconvenient if package called libgtop can be installed without libgtop library.
