At some point, the 2.22 packages currently in Factory will appear in GNOME:STABLE but at the moment, the whole team is (quite rightly) focused on getting Factory/11.0 ready.
Thats what I'd heard. I've a free pair of hands if there is anything that needs doing.

I think the best way to proceed would be to get you access to the GNOME:STABLE project in the build service. Do you have a user id there?
