[opensuse-gnome] GNOME:Apps 13.2 repo removal notice

Hi Gnomies This is the 1 month notification email that by 1 March the GNOME:Apps 13.2 repo/build-target will be removed [1]. openSUSE 13.2 is as you know out of support and to lighten the load on our mirrors we will be removing it.
