These certainly are from repositories other than G:S (some from G:C) - others in your list may well be too.
tomboy, yes. That one is not a big deal. But application-browser control-center desktop-file-* gnome-xgl-* kino update-desktop-database are from openSUSE 10.2 (i.e. not replaced in G:S yet) Worse, gconftool-2 is actually from G:S !
In fact, I'd be surprised if anything from G:S was still installing to /opt/gnome. I was surprised indeed.
