I was mentioning the keybindings panel in the control center. See http://blogs.gnome.org/mclasen/files/2012/09/shortcuts.png
ah, okay. But how do I set the capslock key as the control key here ? If I try to set "capslock" for the "Compose key", the capslock functionality is lost but the control functionality is not acquired.
