I updated the mozilla-xulrunner181 package eight days ago.

As for updating it in in 10.2, I'll look into it early next week. I can't promise that I'll get approval, though. Do you think updating it would break anything else?
As far as I've been able to find out, Epiphany, Yelp, Liferea, and Gnome-web-photo depend on XULrunner. The fix for this is just a three-line patch (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=240320&action=edit) so I'm pretty sure it fixes more than it breaks.
