Those who want windows behaviour can set US International on their desktop, for the system US International is unacceptable. F.e, working in the console is hardly doable. New Dutch Linux users (only used to Windows) and people who come from Ubuntu or Linux Mint, expect a US International keyboard layout. The current default layout is a huge improvement for Dutch users and will make the switch to openSUSE much smoother and easier for them.
