Feature changed by: Andreas Jaeger (a_jaeger) Feature #307847, revision 3 Title: Radeon HD3650 - Package Wishlist: Unconfirmed + Package Wishlist: Rejected by Andreas Jaeger (a_jaeger) + reject date: 2011-07-19 11:10:15 + reject reason: Has to be implemented upstream. Priority Requester: Important Requested by: Adam S. (sykus21) Partner organization: openSUSE.org Description: ATI Radeon HD3650 has no 3D support. Which is very sad, because this card is pretty popular: gives a lot for little prize. I would like to enjoy all 3D effects in KDE4 in upcoming 11.2. Please consider solving this problem. If you do... I'm gonna throw Windows into trash and burn it to Hell! - With Love Sykus ;) Discussion: #1: Matthew Ayres (solar_granulation) (2010-02-17 15:00:46) Sykus, I use the ATI RadeonHD 3650 with the proprietary driver ( known as fglrx ) and enjoy a great 3D experience. You can get the driver installation program from the AMD/ATI website and there is a guide in the openSUSE wiki ( at http://en.opensuse.org/ATI/The_Hard_Way ) on the dependencies for it. It can be a bit tricky and needs to be reinstalled after kernel updates, but it's very good. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/307847
