I mean, searching would give me a relevant result already during writing - of the name package. This feature is already available in GTk software + of the name package. This feature is already available in GTK software management (Synaptic also), but for QT isn't. That means no more - writting package name and hitting enter, or clicking on the "Search" + writing package name and hitting enter, or clicking on the "Search" button is needed, searching would done over the names ;-) - See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=482578 + Search could also be improved by treating a space as any delimiter, e. + g. "kernel default" should return "kernel-default". + Relations: + - Improve searching for package management (novell/bugzilla/id: 482578) + https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=482578 Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: Faster, more comfortable and simplified searching. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/307512
